Submisson of Claims

Most Envision providers will automatically file claims for the employee. The employer's Benefit Plan payor (TPA) will then pay the maximum amount to the providers (minus the set discounted amount), who will then bill the employee for co-payments, deductibles, for any uncovered services. ENVISION DOES NOT PAY CLAIMS. CLAIMS ARE SENT TO THE PLAN ADMINISTRATOR FOR PAYMENT AND/OR REPRICING. Repricing can occur outside of your TPA with a qualified plan administrator.
